Return Policy at Ocean

At Ocean, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it for a full refund of the paid price. It is important to note that we only accept returns for products purchased directly from the website. Any return requests for products bought from our indirect online and offline distributors will not be accepted.

Refund Policy Duration: 15 Days

You have a 15-day window to return items purchased from for any reason, starting from the date of receipt.

Exchange Policy

Please be aware that we do not offer an exchange policy.

Guidelines for a Valid Return:

  • Ensure all product tags are intact and the item is in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused and in an unwashed, undamaged condition.

Note: For any claims regarding missing items or wrong products, we strongly advise providing video evidence of the unboxing process. Please raise the issue within 24 working hours from the date of delivery. Claims without video proof of unboxing may not be entertained.

Once we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns are free of charge if you receive incorrect styles, wrong sizes, or damaged products. After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check. If the product does not pass, it will be shipped back to you.

Note: If an order has been processed through different warehouses and a return is required, it should be returned with respect to the same package.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Create a 'Return Request' in the "My Orders" section of the website. Follow the on-screen instructions after clicking the 'Return' button.
  • Have the item ready for pick-up or ship it back to us, depending on the return mode.

We offer a pick-up facility for the address used during order placement. Alternatively, you can initiate a return request by sending an email to Please include your order ID, product name, and product SKU to avoid any confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep, and you will receive an SMS notification on the day of pick-up.

Failure of Product Pick-Up: We made three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up after the third attempt, the pick-up request will be marked as failed. For further details, please call our customer care at 9057232568.

Important Notes:

  1. We cannot be held responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the delivery person at the time of pick-up.

If the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, the customer is required to self-ship the goods. We will reimburse shipping costs, up to a maximum of Rs.100.
